Tucked snugly in the lively heart of Kemptown, our current venue on Rock Place West is a stone’s throw from the seafront, Palace Pier, and the new hot spot for beachside drinks and dinning and Soho House. Whether you’re a freelancer, a startup hustler, remote working or part of a bigger team, we have flexible hot desks, private offices and meeting spaces. We’re talking prime location perks! Sea Lanes, Yellowave, and The Gym are all right on our doorstep, so if you’re all about that active work-life balance, you’re sorted.

Coming this September – Our new boutique space Rock Place East

With private offices plus additional Coworking for 70 people, meeting rooms and event space for 10-40 people. The new building on the east side of Rock Place will complement our existing West building creating eclectic spaces and a media hub in the heart of Kemptown.

Then In Spring 2027, seven apartments will open above the work space, creating short and long term lets for digital nomads or conference/event visitors to Brighton. The eclectic spaces in Rock Place which span both sides of the street.
