Brand Partner – means a third-party supplier of goods or services

Delight – means the online platform operated by RewardsBag by which Brand Partner’s offer(s), rewards and/or promotions (including but not limited to prize draws, giveaways, discounts and/or content) will be made available for purchase by the Host;
Device – means any device that can access the service such as a computer, cellphone or digital tablet
Host – means the online loyalty or membership platform, eCommerce store, website or app, or part thereof, where the rewards will be advertised, displayed or otherwise made available to customers;
Personal Data – Is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual
Rewards – means any offer(s), rewards and/or promotions (including but not limited to prize draws, giveaways, discounts and/or content) to be supplied by Brand Partners;
Service Provider – means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
URL – means the web address or web resource that specifies the location on a computer network and mechanism for retrieving it;

Delight does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

· We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by the you for the reason of sending you details on the reward and steps to redeem it.
